107.9 THE ALTERNATIVE COLLEGE BASKETBALL ONLINE BRACKET
CHALLENGE CONTEST RULES.


1. How to Enter the Contest:

a. To participate in the KVGS-FM College Basketball Online Bracket
Challenge online contest, 1079THEALTERNATIVE.COM visitors must
sign in to their KVGS-FM online account or activate a new KVGS-FM
online account from March 14, 2010 to March 18, 2010. On
1079THEALTERNATIVE.COM visitors must select the College
Basketball Bracket Challenge contest link on the homepage or contest
page. To enter and win you must be 21 years of age onMarch 18, 2010.
By clicking the link that specifies ‘Enter the Contest you are
automatically accepting the rules of this contest.


2. Eligibility Restrictions:

a. All contests on 1079THEALTERNATIVE.COM are open to all
1079THEALTERNATIVE.COM visitors who are 21 years of age or
older unless otherwise specified. Employees of Riviera Broadcast
Group/Las Vegas, its corporate parent Riviera Broadcast Group, LLC,
affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising agencies, participating
sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Las Vegas
metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are
ineligible to participate or win.
b. Visitors of 1079THEALTERNATIVE.COM can only win a contest once
every thirty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any
contest during the 30 day period.
c. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only
once every six months


3. Prizes:

a. The grand prize for the winner of the KVGS-FM College Basketball
Bracket Challenge is a 4 $50 gift certificates good for food and drink at
Diablo’s, located at the Monte Carlo Hotel Casino, 3770 South Las
Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV Total prize package that will be awarded
to the grand prize winner is valued at $200.
b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of
KVGS-FM, 2725 E Desert Inn, Suite 180, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121
within 30 days of the contest ending. The winner will forfeit any prize
or prize certificate not claimed within thirty days. In the event that a
prize or prize certificate is mailed to winner, it will be with the prior
written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of
its arrival. KVGS-FM is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize
or prize certificate.

c. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for
or redeemed for cash.


4. Selection of Winner:

a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. A winner will be determined by the highest point total accumulated
during this contest. Points are awarded for each correct selection made
in each round of the contest. Odds of winning are dependent upon
number of entries. See website for point scoring system.
c. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be held from all first place
contestants with the identical score to determine the grand prize
winner.


5. Conditions:

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of
the winner. Payment of all gratuities for meals, transportation, or
other services is the sole responsibility of the contest winner. Winner
may be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have
their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting
material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to
acceptance of the prize.
c. Contest winner will be required to sign a liability release prior to
acceptance of any prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners
will agree to hold KVGS-FM, its corporate licensee, parent corporation
Riviera Broadcast Group, LLC, affiliated companies and the officers,
shareholders, director, employees, agents and representatives of each
of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly
or indirectly from the prize or contest.


6. KVGS-FM reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the
contest which will become effective upon announcement.


7. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.


8. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s
disqualification.


9. Copies of written consent rules are available during regular business
hours at the studios of KVGS-FM, 2725 East Desert Inn, Suite 180,
Las Vegas, Nevada 89121.
