Girl Missing From Metallica Concert Found!

The skeletal remains were found Tuesday morning by a farmer driving a tractor over his 700-acre farm.

Farm owner David Dass was cleaning up his property after strong winds had blown over several trees during the weekend. He said he came across the remains in an area about a mile and a half from the road.

"I looked down and saw what looked like a human skull, and my first thought was that it was Morgan Harrington," Dass said. He immediately called 911.

Police say there is significant evidence that the remains belong to Harrington and that the area had not been checked during the initial search. Harrington's parents are in town today to identify the remains.

As initially reported, Morgan Harrington left her friends during the Metallica concert at around 8:30 PM, before the band took the stage, to use the restroom. She somehow wound up outside and texted a friend saying if she couldn't get back in that she would find her own way home. Witnesses who saw her outside say she wasn't with another person. She was believed to be spotted around 9:30 PM walking on a nearby bridge away from the arena. Her purse and cell phone were found the next day in an overflow parking lot away from the arena. She was reported missing by her parents the next day.

Upon hearing the news, Metallica added $50,000 to the $150,000 reward for information being offered. The band is yet to comment on the latest news.
